The ever popular avocado chicken salad now has a successor. And may I add it is equally delicious! Even easier to make, in fact, since the tuna comes in a can- there is no cooking required! This should be an infomercial for lazy Paleo cooks. Just try it, I promise you'll love it.
Ingredients:
1 can wild caught tuna
1 small ripe avocado
a few pickled jalapeno slices
dash of pepper (white or black)
Directions:
Smash up the avocado in a small bowl. Drain tuna and add to avocado. Cut jalapeno into small pieces and add along with pepper. Mix well. Enjoy!
