Turkey Salad
So right about now I bet you are wondering what to do with all that leftover turkey. Welcome to the club. The truth is that there are endless solutions to this query, however, when most of us are put on the spot of having to use food or else it will shortly go bad the pressure becomes overwhelming and our minds blank. Well, here is a really easy recipe that even the most novice of chefs can make.
1/2 cucumber thinly sliced
1 or 2 stalks celery thinly sliced
2 cups cut up or shredded turkey
2 Tbsp mayo
2 Tbsp honey
1 1/2 Tbsp mustard
salt and pepper
dash of red wine vinegar
Throw it all in a bowl. Mix.
I made it, looked at it, and thought "this is a fail." I was so wrong! It's delicious! I'm sure it would work great with chicken too. Simple ingredients, quick preparation and amazing flavor. Win, win, win.
