White Sangria (scd)
There are numerous health benefits that come from drinking wine of any color. However, for those with digestive distresses drinking comes with a strong caution. If you choose to drink alcoholic beverages on SCD or any diet of the like, make sure you drink plenty of water to compensate for the inevitable dehydration.
1 standard size bottle Pino Grigio
2 apples, chopped/cubed
2 pears,chopped/cubed
1/2 cup rum
2 cups apple cider
Put the apple and pear pieces into a drinking container and pour whole bottle of wine over top. Let them soak for at least 4 hours or up to overnight. Add the rum and apple cider, stir well, and then serve cold.

This looks so good! Love the idea of adding apple cider for more of an autumn drink. Will be trying this recipe!
