Baked Cauliflower

Random fact of the day that you probably don't care about: I finally learned how to spell this vegetable without having to Google it. That having been said, I've talked before about how versatile of a vegetable cauliflower is and here is yet another tasty way to prepare it. This is probably the easiest of all ways to eat it, save eating it raw, and it's super delicious.

1 head cauliflower
some olive oil (about 2 Tbsp)
salt and pepper

Cut the cauliflower off into florets. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 425 degrees for about 20 minutes, or until tender and tops are lightly browned.

Optional to sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
