Just a little tip: don't fry your bacon- bake it. It gets crispy and delicious just like pan frying, except most of the grease drips off and you don't get burned by the ridiculous grease pops and splatters. As you can see, I used a cookie sheet and cookie cooling rack and just placed double slices of bacon on top of one another, so that they would all fit on one sheet. Pop in the oven at 350 degrees until crispy. Bam, done.
*Of note for scd'ers I found another (cheaper) brand of sugar-free bacon. It's Publix brand, low-sodium version.
